Alice is a commercial lawyer and co-founder of Living Joy Capital. Highly qualified, she has a Law Degree (Honours), a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, is a qualified Permaculture Designer and is working towards her Masters in Wellness, focusing on sustainable and wellness housing.
Alice is an optimiser who is excellent at creating win-win opportunities for people (especially socially-conscious investors) and the planet. Business minded and an excellent negotiator, Alice is an ethical deal-maker, who makes sustainable living an attractive, desirous and smart investment choice.
Tibor Grubits, CFO, Living Joy Group
Tibor is an opportunity analyst, financial specialist, design scientist and co-founder of Living Joy Capital. Coming from an IT background, he has a Bachelor in Information Technology, an Honours Degree in Computer Science and Master of Design Science in Building Services.
With expertise in energy efficiency and what makes buildings work, Tibor is the Living Joy liveability expert. With a penchant for site orientation, ecotechnology and smart, compact design, Tibor ensures that all sites are optimised for yield, sustainability and marketability.
